Overview


After receiving your Education Through Expeditions log-in details you can visit: http://www.etelive.org/explorer/explorer_login.numo in order to access the expedition manager. This allows you to upload your project to Education Through Expeditions.

This is what you will see when you enter the Content Management System (CMS):

 


You are asked to choose the continents, region and country of your expedition. For example this could be 'Polar, Arctic, Canada'. If your expedition spans more than one environment, region or country you will be able to select 'Multiple Regions' or whatever is applicable. We have tried to cover all continents, regions and countries but if you feel the one applicable to your expedition is missing, contact us at: info@etelive.org

Once you have categorised the location of the expedition, you choose the type of expedition. This is broken down into: Type, Status, Environment. For example this could be: 'Team, Finished, Polar', but it could also be: 'Solo, Planned, Rainforest'. If the option best-suited to your expedition is not available let us know at: info@etelive.org

An essential part of Education Through Expeditions is the ability to display your social media networks in one place, allowing students to follow your expedition as it happens.
