Q: The site doesn't work very well with my browser?
A: You may be viewing the site with an out of date browser that doesn't support the advanced features of the site. Our site has been designed to work with the latest Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers. We would recommend users upgrade to a more up-to-date browser such as this.

Q: How can we feature our expedition on the site?

Q: Does it cost to promote our ventures on ETELive?
A: We don't charge expeditions to feature on our site, but do ask you to post certain information for the community in return.
Q: Can we update our expedition profile during the trip?
A: ETELive is a web-based platform that can be updated anywhere in the world.
Q: Can school and university students use ETELive?
A: We're keen to feature Youth, University and Research trips on ETELive. Please contact the team on - 01752 588 347 or info@etehome.org - to inform them about the aims of your journey. ETELive has been designed to assist learning outside the classroom.
Q: I have been logged out of the site; what can I do?
A: When logging into the system, please ensure you select the 'keep me logged in' option. Users who've been idle on the system for 20 minutes or more, will be automatically logged out.
Q: I have forgotten my password for ETELive?
A: Use the forgotten password 'Link' on the login page to have your details emailed to you.
Q: Why is ETELive difficult to use in the classroom?
A: We developed ETETeachers specifically for teachers because it works fantastically in the classroom and is designed for this unique purpose. However, all expeditions featured on ETELive are mirrored on this site so educators can access all expedition resources and more.

A: There is a small joining fee to access our teacher resources. Q: Is PayPal a secure payment system?
A: PayPal deliver one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. All our transactions go through the latest and highest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) checkout system, this is the same security level used by online banks and many major online retailers.
